Estonian Ministry of Education and Research in cooperation with the Estonian Research Council and the Research Council of Norway have opened a call for proposals under Norwegian-Estonian Research Cooperation Programme. Proposals for collaborative research projects are invited in all scientific areas; cooperation with research teams of Norway is a mandatory criterion for the projects. Grant application has to be submitted electronically via the Estonian Research Portal (ETIS)
