The Estonian Research Council and Tartu Observatory have a pleasure to invite you to seminar ”Estonian Space Science and Technology Serving the European Community”.

During the seminar you learn about the Estonian competences in Space Science, Technology and Earth Observation, which are open for international collaboration. On the basis of excellent scientific achievements and modern technological solutions, extended collaboration with enterprises and the public sector enables active participation in the European Union research frameworks, Earth Observation Programme Copernicusand collaborate with European Space Agency.

Roundtable 

The roundtable aims to discuss how small Member States like Estonia can be active partners in the Copernicus programme, with the aim of serving the EU community and environment in developing services and technology for better management of areas such as land, marine and atmosphere monitoring. The roundtable will be moderated by Mr. Hillar Tork, Head of Galileo Service Provision sector, DG Enterprise, European Commission.
