Second call for proposals in the EEA Baltic Research Programme

The Research Council of Lithuania (RCL) has published the call for proposals within the Baltic Research Programme (EEA Grants 2014-2021).

Eligible applicants are research and higher education institutions established in Lithuania. List of these institutions is provided in the state Register of Education and Research Institutions in the information, Consultation and Guidance System AIKOS (www.aikos.smm.lt).

Applications are submitted electronically to RCL via JUNKIS submission system by the Lithuanian institutions as Project Promoters. A mandatory criterion for the projects is the involvement of at least one Project Partner from Estonia and Latvia, and at least one Project Partner from Norway, Iceland and/or Liechtenstein. Project Partners have to be research organisations as defined in the EU framework or State aid for research and development and innovation.

For the Lithuanian call, applications have to address at least one theme listed up under five thematic priorities.

Eligible duration of projects: 36 months

Maximum amount of project grant: 1 MEUR

Call budget in total: 10 MEUR

Deadline: 3 of April at 16:00 (EET)
