Researchers can apply for short-term study visits to ERC grant holders

Estonian Research Council (ETAG) is accepting applications from researchers who are interested in going on short-term (up to seven days) study visits to current ERC grant holders. The aim of the study visit is to learn from the grant holders how to write a competitive ERC proposal and develop an idea for an ERC grant application.
The call for the short-term study visits opened on 2 May 2017 and will close on 1 June 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Estonian time. To apply for the support the researcher must already have an idea for an ERC grant application and he or she should plan to submit the ERC grant proposal within two years.

ETAG is accepting applications through the Estonian Research Information System (ETIS). To open the application form in ETIS one should write to margus.harak@etag.ee. If necessary, the applicants can get advice and help (also to find existing ERC grant holders) from the research and development department of their home institution or from the address below.

ETAG plans to support at least five short-term study visits in this call.

The cost of one study visit is up to 1500 euros. Costs will be remunerated to the researcher’s home institution based on actual expenses after the visit.

Mobilitas Pluss activcities are partly funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
