Estonian Ministry of Education and Research in cooperation with the Estonian Research Council and the Research Council of Norway intend to open a call for proposals under Norwegian-Estonian Research Cooperation Programme. Proposals for collaborative research projects are invited in all scientific areas; cooperation with research teams of Norway is a mandatory criterion for the projects.
In preparation to launch the call a Matchmaking Event will be organized on 21 Sept. 2012 in Tallinn. The purpose of the matchmaking event is to contribute to the building of potentially successful research proposals to be submitted. At this matchmaking event the objectives of the Programme will be introduced and the researchers will get the opportunity to present themselves and their work and to network with other researchers. The matchmaking event will support the identification of potential partners in Norway. One-on-one speed-dates will be organized as part of the event.
Travel grants will be available for researchers from Norway to attend this event. Please submit the online Travel Grant Application Forms by 27.08.2012.
