ERA CoBioTech: the second transnational call „Biotechnology for a sustainable bioeconomy“ is now open

The ERA-NET project ERA CoBioTech is an international consortium of research funding agencies that aims to promote systems biology and synthetic biology as technology drivers to speed up research and innovation in industrial biotechnology.

The consortium has just opened its second transnational call on the following topics:

  • Microbial communities (natural and synthetic), co-cultures and cascades of microorganisms for new products, value-added products and supply services as well as sustainable industrial processes;
  • Pure cultures, cell free systems and enzymes for new products, value-added products and supply services as well as sustainable industrial processes.

The one-stage call closes on 14 December 2018, 13:00 CET.

For Estonian partner teams, the maximum eligible requested budget is 150 000 euro.
Estonian projects must end before the end of 2022.
